Scripting

In the Script window:

• F1: Compiled doxygen Help (in separate window)
• F2: AutoComplete
• F7: Compile
• CTRL+Space: AutoComplete
• CTRL+Shift+Space: Parameter Tooltip (actually the full declaration)
• Double-click (on a function): Help (in the Help panel)

In the Function/Variable/Constant/Template Browser pane:

• Single-click (on a function): Help
• Double-click (on any token): Insert into script
• Return/Enter (on any token): Insert into script
• Right/Down Cursor: next entry in list
• Left/Up Cursor: previous entry in list
• Page Up: first visible entry
• Page Down: last visible entry
• Home: first entry in list
• End: last entry in list

When the AutoComplete pop-up is open:

• Double-click (on any token): Insert into script
• Return/Enter (on any token): Insert into script
• Right/Down Cursor: next entry in list
• Left/Up Cursor: previous entry in list
• Page Up: first visible entry
• Page Down: last visible entry
• Home: first entry in list
• End: last entry in list

• "r": Switch to Standard selection tool (must have an object selected)
• "q": Switch to 3-axis movement tool (must have an object selected)
• "e": Switch to 3-axis rotation tool (must have an object selected)
• "t": Toggle use of local coordinates (i.e. local to objects when selected)

• Middle mouse: Rotate
• CTRL: Pan
• CTRL+Right mouse: Rotate
• ZDrag Function (Move objects up and down): Left mouse button + Shift + Alt (You must click on the selected object though)
• Move Camera: Left mouse button + Ctrl
• Rotate Objects Yaw Left: Right mouse button + Shift

I believe for these ones you must be using one of the 3d axis movement tools

• Rotate Objects Pitch Up: Right mouse button + Shift + Ctrl
• Rotate Objects Roll Right: Right mouse button + Shift + Alt

Cutscene curve editor

• K - Set all keys
• P - Set position
• O - Set orientation
• F - FOV

• Insert camera = C
• Insert VFX = V
• Add track = T
• Add Action:
  • Play Animation = alt+A
  • (Additional hotkeys for other commonly used functions)
• Add Transition = X
• Add Effect:
  • Fade In= I
  • Fade Out= O
• Edit FaceFX = alt+F

Stage Editor

• Insert Place= P
• Insert Camera = C
• Hide Object = H
• Show Object= S

Dialog Editor

• Edit FaceFX= alt+F
• Generate Gestures for line= alt+G
• Find Links= alt+L
• Preview Line=alt+/
• Open Cutscene= alt+C
• Open Stage= alt+S
• Create Cutscene= alt+ctrl+C
